Important Update

With the outbreak of COVID-19, Woodland Homes has been focused on the safety and wellbeing of our employees, trade workers, homeowners and customers. Please know that we have plans in place to prioritize your health and meet the needs of customers and workers as we work together during these uncertain times.

We are continually monitoring the situation as it evolves and are committed to working with the local health authorities and the global community in taking recommended precautions. With that being said, Woodland Homes has amplified health and safety measures for ensure that all employees and customers are safe.

  • Our Model Home will be open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please email or call Kendra Foley at 905-244-2899 or kendra@woodlanddurham.com
  • We are reducing the number of attendees at scheduled sales appointments to the individual on title, and their spouse. We kindly ask that you make any arrangements for children.
  • If you are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, your appointment will be rescheduled for 14 days after the symptoms have cleared.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols are also in place with an increase in the frequency of high touchpoint cleaning, such as door knobs, etc.
  • All parties will wash hands thoroughly upon entering and will be seating with physical distancing and other safety measures in place.

Know that employees who are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms are asked to remain at home, and those who have travelled to affected areas are required to self-isolate to ensure no symptoms have developed before returning to work. Woodland Home’s dedicated team will still be available by email or phone to help you with any questions you may have.
